Jeffrey D. Kimble, 62, of South Zanesville, died at 10:27 A.M. on Monday, March 22, 2021 at Genesis Emergency Room, Zanesville. He was born March 25, 1958, in Zanesville, a son of the late Roy Delmar and Peggy A. (Taylor) Kimble. He had worked at Haliburton as an oil field worker and was a member of Northside Nazarene Church. He was a member of Eagles #302, a long-time Boy Scout leader, an avid fisherman and Ohio State Buckeye fan, enjoyed watching westerns, reading books, and playing cards. Jeffrey gave the gift of life as an organ donor.
He is survived by his wife of thirty-nine years, Connie S. (Noel) Kimble whom he married September 11, 1981; a daughter, Caitlin Kimble; a son, Caleb (Jessica Simpson) Kimble; a grandson, Braylen; a brother, Roy D. (Judy) Kimble, Jr.; a sister, Karen (Larry) Pickett; several nieces and nephews; a great-niece, Brylee Minosky and Gavin Hunt; and good friends, Eric Finley and Chris Zinn.
Friends and family may call from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. on Friday, March 26, 2021 at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE where funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, March 27, 2021, with Pat Wiseman-Jones officiating. Burial will take place at a later date at Stovertown Cemetery, Stovertown.
The family requests that self-provided face masks be worn and social distancing be observed during the calling hours and funeral service.
