Jennie L. (Flowers) Bailey

Jennie L. Bailey, 96, of Zanesville, went to be with her Savior, Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born July 9, 1916 in Meigs Township, a daughter of the late Terry A. and Etta L. Schuster Flowers. Jennie was a home maker, and she was a long time member of the North Terrace Church of Christ. Surviving are six children, Richard (Barbara) Bailey of DeLeon Springs, FL, Jane (Don) Rohrer of Trinway, Anita (John) Ginther of Beverly, Roger (Marilyn) Bailey of Zanesville, Rita Bailey of Wilmington, NC, and Deborah Bailey of Zanesville; seventeen grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren, seven great great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred L. Bailey, who passed away in 1990; two grand children, Jeffery Ginther and Adam Bailey; three brothers, Ray, Glenn, and Dean Flowers; and two sisters, Wanda Flowers and Norma Mitchell. Sunday, September 16, 2012 at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville, where funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, September 17, 2012 with Mr. William Meaige officiating. She will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband at Ark Springs Baptist Cemetery in Cumberland.
