Jerry L. Faust

Jerry L. Faust, 73, of Zanesville, died at 12:55 P.M. on February 17, 2022 at Genesis hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born September 27, 1948, a son of the late Charles and Rosemary Shumate Faust. Jerry loved to hunt, watch Fox News and watch Ancient Aliens on the History Channel and he was a United States Army Veteran serving in the Vietnam War.. He worked as a truck driver for J.B. Hunt, Bloomer Candy, Peoples Beverages and Metafield Dairy. Above all, he loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Frame Faust, whom he married on January 8, 1971; a son, Jerry (Betty) Faust Jr.; a daughter, Carrie Faust; six grandchildren, Chase, Alexis, Nicole, Brandon, Katie and Tony Jr.; six great grandchildren; a brother, Jack (Janet) Faust; and three sisters,  Mae Swingle, Bertha Doolittle and Kay Lapage.

In addition to his parents, Jerry is preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Faust Jr. and John Faust; and a sister, Elizabeth Bates.

A cremation will take place under the direction of BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY with no calling hours or funeral services to be held.
