Jo Ann Wetz

Jo Ann Wetz, 74, of Zanesville died at 12:32 p.m. Wednesday, January 11, 2006 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital emergency room. She was born December 21, 1931, a daughter of Charlotte Smith Parry and the late Willard Parry. She was a homemaker and had worked for Mosaic Tile Company. The single most important thing in Jo Ann's life were her children and grandchildren. Surviving are her mother, Charlotte Parry of Zanesville, her loving husband, Russell (Bud) Wetz, whom she married January 24, 1952, of the home, two daughters, Karen Wetz of Delaware, Ohio and Lori (Jon) Utz of New Berlin, WI., a son, David (Deborah) Wetz of Pittsburgh, PA., eight grandchildren, Justin, Michael, Shannon, Kevin, Steven, Jason, Lindsey and Ryan, two brothers, Willard (Bill) (Rose) Parry of Zanesville and Jeff (Clara) Parry of Duluth, Georgia. Friends may call from Noon till service time at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 13, 2006 at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Mary Gene Boteler officiating. Burial will follow At Zanesville Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
