Joan Denise Gabriel

Joan Denise Gabriel, 42, of Nashport, died at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 11, 2005 at Ohio State University Hospital. She was born May 3, 1963 in Dayton, a daughter of Marilyn Barnett Hartman of West Carrollton, Ohio and the late Harold H. Hartman who died in 1999. She was a Home Health Care Aide for Fosterbridge Healthcare in Cambridge, was a member of The Victory Assembly Church, graduated from West Carollton High School and the Carousel Beauty College. Joan was very active in Cub Scouts Troop 174 where she served as Awards Lady and was a Tupperware Consultant. Surviving in addition to her mother, is her loving husband, Joseph H. Gabriel, whom she marreid August 8, 1987, two sons, Vincent and Johnathon Gabriel of the home, two half brothers, Joe and Dennis, her mother-inlaw and father-in-law, Lois and John Gabriel of Newport, RI., many aunts, uncles and dear friends including a very special friend Kristy Addis of Zanesville. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Monday, May 16, 2005 at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 17, 2005 at the funeral home with Rev. John Sensabaugh officiating. Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park.
