Jon Weekley

Jon Weekley, 60, of Zanesville, died at 8:40 p.m. Saturday, June 13, 2009 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born October 14, 1948 a son of the late William and Phyllis Barnes Weekley. He was the owner and operator of Dutchland Motors since 1974. He was a member of the Fultonham United Methodist Church, an avid sports fan and a animal lover. He also enjoyed collecting antique muscle cars. Surviving are his loving wife of 40 years, Kathy S. Wickham Weekley whom he married June 14, 1969; a daughter, April (Rex) Cottrell of Gaysport, Oh.; two sons, Kevin (Malinda) Weekley of Dresden, Kacey (Misty) Weekley of Zanesville; eight loving grandchildren; two sisters, Nancy (Lynn) Parlin of South Zanesville, Marcia Davison of Mt. Vernon, Oh.; his special pet dog, Leather; Mother-in-law and Father-in-law, Leland and Thelma Wickham of Zanesville; three special friends Ralph, Ron, and Louie. Where funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 17, 2009 with Pastor Michael Rupe officiating. Burial will follow at Fultonham Cemetery.
