Juanita M. Adams, 65, of Nashport, died at 1:37 p.m. Friday, July 13, 2007 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. She was born December 10, 1941, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late James L. and Bernice Weekley Mullen Sr. She worked for Bethesda Hospital for 15 years then worked for 23 years at North Texas Medical Center. She enjoyed shopping and spending time with her grandchildren. Surviving are her husband, Jerry L. Adams Sr., of the home, whom she married May 14, 1961, a daughter, Jodi (Craig) Creech of Nashport; two sons, Jerry L. (Stacey) Adams Jr. Of Plano, Texas and Jon ( Susy) Adams of Wylie, Texas; seven grandchildren, Jarid, Josh, Joe, Jenny, Jace, Kallie, Luke and two soon to be born great grandchildren; two sisters, Donna ( Larry) Garretson of Chandlersville and Brenda ( Stephen) Harding of Zanesville, a aunt, Wilma Dusenberry of Zanesville and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald "Ronnie" Mullen Sr. A nephew, Rusty Mullen; two nieces, Alisha Ann Sims and Shandon Lynn Sims. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Monday, July 16, 2007 at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 17, 2007 at the funeral home with Rev. John Sensenbaugh officiating. Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park.
