JUDITH L. HAMILTON, age 71, of Zanesville, Ohio, died at 12:15 a.m. Friday, August 12, 2005 at the Genesis Hospice Morrison House and Palliative Care. She was born August 14, 1933, in Martins Ferry, the daughter of the late Webster and Marybel Case Lonas. She was a member of the St. James Episcopal Church, the Zanesville Country Club, the Ladies Golfing Aux., she served as a volunteer at the Seniors Golf Outing and the American Cancer Tournament, she served as a volunteer at the Salvation Army, a volunteer with the Senior Bethesda League, and was a former president for the Jr. Women's League in Butler, PA. She was also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Surviving are two daughters, Beth Elizabeth (Jack) Brown of Zanesville and Heather Hamilton (Gregory) Mock of Zanesville; a son, Hal A. (Paula) Hamilton of Lewis Center; a sister, Barbara (James) Clancy of Naples, FL.; and two brothers, Hal (Mary) Lonas and Webster (Patricia) Lonas, both of Canton. Nine grandchildren, Hal, Angela, Christina, and Sophia Hamilton, Kristen and Adam Brown, and Alexandria, Marissa, and Johnathon Mock. Numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hal Allen Hamilton (May 6, 1988) and by a nephew, Theodore Lonas. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 16, 2005 at the funeral home with the Rev. Tim Patton officiating.
