Judith Pauline (Hildebrand) Jones

J. Pauline Jones, 86, of Zanesville, died at 7:40 A.M. Sunday, May 12, 2013, at Forest View Nursing Home. She was born November 15, 1926, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Joseph A. and Francis Kernan Hildebrand. She graduated from Bishop Rosecrans High School and was a homemaker and a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church. Surviving are two sons, John (Joanne) Jones of Zanesville and Paul Jones of Glenford; two grandchildren, Joshua (Jill) Jones and Marisa Jones of Columbus; two great grandchildren Jaedon Torres and Xavier Jones; two sisters, Mary Josephine Dooley of Zanesville and Sister Francis Joseph of Manitowoc, WI; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Christopher Jones, November 19, 1980; six brothers, William, John, Edward, Bernard, Joseph and David Hildebrand; a sister, Sister Francis Aloysius; and the father of her children, Jack G. Jones. Per Pauline's request, no calling hours will be observed. A dignified cremation has taken place, and a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, May 18, 2013, at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, 925 Main Street, Zanesville. She will be laid to rest beside her son Christopher at Mt. Olive Cemetery, Zanesville.
