June Quinn Saunders

July 9, 1925 — May 14, 2017

June Quinn Saunders, 91, of Zanesville, died at 5:30 P.M. on Sunday, May 14, 2017, at The Oaks at North Pointe, Zanesville. She was born July 9, 1925, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late William and Margaret Turner Norman. She was a dental assistant for the office of Dr. Ryder and a homemaker. She was also a member of Southgate Church of Christ. Margaret enjoyed fishing, traveling, square dancing, and horse shows. She is survived by three daughters, Betty Quinn, Diane Quinn, and JoAnn ( Chris) Boetcher; two sons, Dick Quinn and Bill Quinn; nine grandchildren, Lori (Matt) Ladzinski, Corey (Branka) Quinn, Caileigh (Mitchell) Neese, Sean (Rachel Riggs) Hughes, Laura Saunders, Kyle Saunders, Jason, Kari, and Britton Boetcher; a step-daughter, Cindy (Tim) Hughes; a step-son, Dwight (Judy) Saunders; six great-grandchildren, Slade, Reid, Bella, Payton, Kelly and Kaden. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Richard Quinn who died July of 1983; her second husband, Herbert Saunders. Friends and family may call from 5:00 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE where funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, May 17, 2017, with Pastor Dean Cole officiating. She will be laid to rest at Williams Cemetery, Zanesville.
