Kathryn E. Gravitt, 94, of Zanesville, went to meet her Lord and Savior and reunite with her family, on Tuesday, February 13, at 3:25 am. She was born on May 13, 1929, in Greer, South Carolina. A daughter of the late Ora Azalea (Turner) Wise and Walter Jackson Turner and Step Father James L. Wise.
Kathryn married the love of her life, Reverend Henry A. Gravitt on March 15, 1945, and had three daughters; the late DeLores Zakany, Linda Buzza and Molly Roberts.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her sons-in-law Ted Zakany,Jr. and Tom Buzza; three granddaughters, Michelle (Kevin) Lovell, Melissa (Darryl) Thompson, and Molly Buzza (Michael Brooker); four great grandchildren, Matthew, Michael (Taylor) and MacKenzie Linscott and Zachary Roessler (Ali); four great great granddaughters, Payton and Paisley Linscott and Adalynn and Amelia Roessler; cousins Barbara Ann (Wade) Tate and Diane (Gene); extended family, Janice Campfield, Jackie Klinehoffer, her church family and her many friends.

Friends and family may call Friday, February 16, 2024, from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE, OHIO 43701 where funeral services will be held Saturday, February 17, 2024, at 11:30 A.M. with Pastor Aaron Quinn officiating. Kathryn will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband Rev. Henry A. Gravitt at the First Baptist Church of Otsego Cemetery, Otsego.
Due to Inclement Weather, funeral services for Kathryn have been rescheduled for 11:30 A.M. Monday, February, 19, 2024 at BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE, with Pastor Aaron Quinn officiating. Kathryn will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband, Rev. Henry A. Gravitt at the First Baptist Church of Otsego Cemetery, Otsego.
