Kathryn E. Snyder Headley, 89, of Zanesville went to be with her Lord after a brief illness at 9:11 a.m. Saturday, January 27, 2007 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born September 20, 1917, in Zanesville , a daughter of the late Fred and Ann Krouskoupf Markert. She had worked for Essex Wire, Custom Coil and had worked at the Abbott Home. She had attended Immanuel United Church of Christ, was an avid bowler at Sunrise Bowling Center for many years. Surviving are her husband, Charles Headley, of the home, whom she married November 23, 1963, a daughter, Kay (Bill) Bowman of Zanesville; a son, Dale (Leona) Snyder of Carrollton; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; three sisters, Betty Wharton of Otsego, Gloria (Charles) Greten and Gladys Allwood all of Zanesville; two daughter-in-laws, Donna Snyder and Patricia Snyder both of Zanesville. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband; Ernest " Dick" Snyder; a daughter; Patricia Ann Snyder; two sons; Richard D. Snyder and Gary L. Snyder; a grandson, Gary L. Snyder Jr. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Monday, January 29, 2007 at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, January 30, 2007 at the funeral home with Rev. Larry Kudart officiating.. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Zanesville.
