Kevin W. Hoover, 59, of Frazeysburg, passed away unexpectedly on May 22, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born February 4, 1962. His last several years were spent driving a dump truck for his own personal business, Chubby’s Trucking, and working consistently throughout this time for Sidwell Excavating. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and spending time with a few of his closest friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Hoover, along with his uncles, Roy Hoover, Bob Hoover, Jack Hoover, John Hoover, Larry Barthlow, Lew Barthlow, and Joe Barthlow.
Surviving are his mother, Nancy (Barthlow) Hoover; sister, Lora Hoover; niece, Felisha (Chris) Wolford; nephew, Jeremy (Miranda) Hood; uncles, Dick (Sue) Hoover, Lynn (Charlene) Hoover, and special uncle, Paul (Cathy) Hoover; along with his aunts Edie Barthlow, Patricia (Gary) McConnell, and Pam Hoover; and several great-nieces and nephews. A special remembrance to his long-time friends, Joe, Yvonne, and Joey Sidwell.
A Private Graveside service will be held at a later date with burial at Fultonham Cemetery.
