Larry G. Weaver, 62, of Zanesville, died at 1:20 a.m. Thursday, December 22, 2005 at Genesis Bethesda Hospital emergency room. He was born June 2, 1943 in Zanesville a son of the late Paul weaver and Margaret "Peg" Farquhar Weaver. He worked for Brockway Glass in the Hot End Department, had worked for David Davies and Campbell's Foodtown, was a member of Junior Chamber of Commerce, Chief of the Junior Deputies of Muskingum Co., American Legion, U.S. Navy Veteran, a member of the Board Of Trustees of Lake Isabella and enjoyed making crafts. Surviving are his wife, Sondra Gourley Weaver, whom he married June 30, 1962, of the home, two sons, Mark (Linda) Weaver and Danny (Brandy) Weaver both of Zanesville, and a daughter, Kelly (Mark) Lee of Ft. Hood, TX, 10 grandchildren and several great grandchildren, five sisters, Barbara (Bill) Burke of Lake Worth , FL, Rita Weaver of Los Angeles, CA, Jeanette Arbuckle of Zanesville, Polly (Melvin) Martin of Mt. Perry and Sandy (Jim) Wiseman of Chandlersville. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a son and a daughter. Friends may call from 2-4 p.m. Friday, December 23, 2005 at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville where services will be held at 4p.m. with Rev. J. Stephen Harrop officiating. A caring cremation will take place. VFW George Selsam Post 1058 will hold full military rites at the funeral home.
