LAWRENCE 'LARRY' D. LANG, age 48, of Norwich, Ohio, died in the emergency room at the Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital, Wednesday, September 14, 2005 at 8:45 pm. He was born January 15, 1957 in Mt Vernon Ohio the son of Clyde 'Merle and Dixie Wyer Lang. Mr. Lang was a foreman for the former Gene Hazen and Sons Excavating Co. He was a member of the Norwich Presbyterian Church. Larry was a caring friend with everybody he came in contact with and was a loving husband, son, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle. Surviving is his wife, Deborah L. Beckley Lang (Married 11/15/77) of the home, his parents Merle and Dixie Lang of Zanesville, one daughter Bethany (Bradley) Dudley of Cambridge, one son, Cameron D. Lang and friend Kim of Zanesville. One sister, Vickie 'Jerry' Vermillion of Mt Vernon, one brother Timothy Lang of Zanesville, a half sister, Janet 'Ronnie' Steinbrook of Chillicothe, and a half brother Jack 'Marti' Lang of Kingston Ohio. Two grandchildren, Dalton Dudley and Kobe Dudley. Two nieces, Kimberly Vermillion and Ashley Beckley. One nephew, Nicholas Beckley. A special aunt, Floss. He was preceded in death by a brother Merle Lang Jr. Friends may call 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 Saturday, September 17, 2005 at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Ave. Zanesville. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home, Sunday, September 18, 2005 with Sister Bernadetta Selinsky officiating. Burial will follow at Dresden Cemetery.
