Leah M. Woodyard, 87, of Zanesville, died at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at Willow Haven Care Center. She was born November 20, 1923, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Albert Oscar and Ethel Theora Farnsworth Woodyard. She retired after 40 ½ years of service as an office worker for McGraw-Edison. Surviving are a sister, Faye James of Zanesville; a brother, Fred (Ruth) Woodyard of Zanesville; four nieces and nephews, David (Roxann) Woodyard of Bel Air, Maryland, Gregg (Kathy) Woodyard of Huntsville, Alabama, Regina (Jack) Sprankel and Sherry (Mike) Tellitocci, both of Zanesville; five great nieces; and three great nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant sister, Louella Louise; five half brothers, Dale, Graydon, Berdell, John and Owen; and a brother-in-law, Richard James. Friends and family may call from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 24, 2011 at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville.
