Linda L. Penrod

Linda L. Penrod, 57, of Zanesville, died at 10:12 A.M. on Monday, January 8, 2018, at OSU Wexner Medical Center, Columbus. She was born October 9, 1960, in Bainbridge, OH, a daughter of the late Frank and Sue Barnett Johnson. She was Co-Owner of Penrods Painting and Drywall. Linda was a member of the Tree of Life Church and Muskingum Valley Boat Association. She loved to fish and travel on her boat. Her true passions in life were the Lord and her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Douglas L. Penrod Sr.; two sons, Douglas (Brandi) Penrod Jr. of Crooksville and Shawn (Amanda) Penrod of Zanesville; four grandchildren, Gracie, Summer, Klaira, and Kendall; a sister, Deborah Rose of Rock Hill, SC; three brothers, Greg (Sheila) Hutchison of Moncks Corner SC, Billy (Donna) Hutchison of Columbus, Buddy (Charlene) Hutchison of West Mansfield; and her furry companions, Reggie and Mowmow. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Butch Poplin. She will be laid to rest at Iliff Cemetery, McLuney, Ohio. Following the service there will be a luncheon at the Muskingum Valley Boat Association, 2400 Boat Dock Road, Zanesville.
