Lisle M. Clark, 83 of Zanesville, died on September 24, 2012 in Zanesville. He was born on April 30, 1929 in Ironton, a son of the late Bernard and Ella Mae Stephens Clark. He worked as a brakeman for CSX Railroad for 48 years and served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He is survived by his beloved wife, Shirley D. Raine Clark, whom he married April 19, 1952, of the home; a daughter and son-in-law, Mala (Bill) Beck of Zanesville; three grandchildren, Leila (James), Sean, and Kendra (Derek); and seven great grandchildren, Briana, Gunner, Malaina, Jaxon, Geiger, Gatlin, and Gracelin. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Ralph, Charles, and Everett Clark. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, October 1, 2012 at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville, with Rev. Steve Harrop officiating. A private burial will take place following the service at Greenlawn Cemetery in Columbus. Friends and family may call one hour prior to services.
