Lula Frances Harris

Lula Frances Harris, 88, of 1856 Adams Lane, died at 1:25 p.m. Wednesday, August 15, 2007 at Genesis Hospice Morrison House and Palliative Care.She was born November 26, 1918 in Shawnee, the daughter of the late John A. and Bertha Williams Jones.Lula was a home maker and a member of the Eagles Lodge Aux. # 302. Surviving are three daughters, Linda (Sonny) Gheen and Sandra Harris, both of Zanesville and Patty Lynn Harris of FL; two sons, John William (Helen) Harris III of Philo, and Fred Harris of FL.a sister, Ruth (Bill) Musser of Murrey City, KY. and a brother, William R. Jones of Zanesville. Fourteen grandchildren, forty two great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John William Harris who died October 10, 1961, and a son Larry Harris. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, August 17, 2007 at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville with Pastor Ken Ogg officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to services. Burial will follow at a later date at Memorial Park.
