Margaret H. Brooker

Margaret Hauserman Brooker, 102, of Zanesville, died at 11:25 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at Cedar Hill Care Center. She was born December 28, 1904, in Muskingum County, a daughter of the late Carl and Matilda Thress Hauserman. She was Co-Owner of Zanes Auto Top, a member of Central Presbyterian Church, Salvation Army auxiliary and a Red Cross Volunteer at Chillicothe Veterans Hospital. Surviving are a nephew, Carl Factor and wife Becky of Westfield, NJ.; three great nephews; a great niece;a niece and nephew, Dennis and Melinda McWilliams of Zanesville and two special friends, Rose Isch and Jean Penn, both of Zanesville. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry F. Brooker, who died February 12, 1967. Friends may call 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Friday, April 20, 2007 at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 21, 2007 at the funeral home with the Rev. Ray Morrison Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Central Presbyterian Church, 40 N 6th St., Zanesville.
