Marilyn L. Conley, 80, of Crooksville, formerly of Zanesville died at 1:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 26, 2005 at the home of her daughter. She was born June 12, 1925 at Zanesville a daughter of the late Lafayette E. & Anna Schwerber Allwood. She was a member of the First Christian Church had worked as a colorist for Ted Wright Studios and then worked for The Muskingum Co. Courts. Marilyn enjoyed playing bridge and was an accomplished Artist. Surviving are two daughters, Janet ( Gary ) Zinn of Crooksville and Christy (Hoyt) Davis of Canton, Georgia, a granddaughter, Amy ( Scott) Ribble of Zanesville and a grandson,Brian Snyder & fiancee Shelly Lamb and her children, Collin & Chelsa, a great grandson, Alex Ribble and many loving friends and relatives. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Conley, who died June 18, 1999 and two brothers, Richard & Robert Allwood. Friends may call from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, July 28, 2005 at the Bolin- Dierkes Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville where services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday with Rev. Dawn Remster officiating. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 1, 2005 at Zanesville Memorial Park.
