Marjorie L. Huffman, 86, of Zanesville, died at 1:15 A.M. on Thursday, January 5, 2017, at Genesis Hospice-Morrison House. She was born August 31, 1930, in Zanesville, daughter of the late Carl and Edith Brock Clapper Sr. Marjorie was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church, the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, and was an avid bowler. She is survived by two sons, Jeffrey G. (Julie) and David L. Huffman, both of Zanesville; two daughters, Linda D. (James) Vernon of Adamsville, and Vickie A. (Brad) Sharp of Dublin; six grandchildren, Lori (Mark) McNichols, Lisa (Ron) Allender, Josh (Tiffany) Sharp, Clint Huffman, Bryce Huffman, and Dallas Huffman; nine great-grandchildren; a half-brother, William Rath of Hopewell; a sister-in-law, Betty Clapper; and a special close friend Vera. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Huffman; two grandsons, Jason and Ryan Huffman; two brothers, Carl Clapper, Jr. and Jack Clapper; and a half-brother, Ronald G. Rath. Friends and family may call from 9:00 - 11:00 A.M. on Sunday, January 8, 2017 at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE where funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. following with Pastor Linda Morrow officiating.
