Marsha Ann Hubbard, 64, of Zanesville, died at 8:22 A.M. on Monday, October 24, 2016, at Genesis Hospice-Morrison House. She was born January 29, 1952, daughter of the late Charles and Ruth Jones Smith. Marsha was a secretary to the Vocational Rehabilitation Department for Bethesda Hospital and also secretary to Attorney Tom Payne. She was a graduate of Zanesville High School. She is survived by two daughters, Shane Hubbard Green of New Concord and Amy Hubbard of Zanesville; a son, R.J. (Julie) Hubbard of Roswell, Georgia; six grandchildren, Mark (Kristi Bissett) Green, J.J. (Montana) Green, Kylie (Slade Marvine) Green, Cole Lively, Lilly Johnston, and Hayden Hubbard; five great-grandchildren, Dalilah Green, Beau Green, Luke Green, Raven Green, and Sadie Marvine; four siblings, Sandy Woodrow of Zanesville, Dave (Marilyn) Smith of Zaensville, Molly Brown of Zanesville, and Mike (Melinda) Smith of Zanesville; and sister-in-laws Gloria and Carol Smith. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by the father of her children, Rick Hubbard; two brothers, Chuck and Danny Smith.
