Martin L. Sheck, 79, of Zanesville died at 4:46 P.M. on Friday, December 31, 2021 at Genesis Hospital Zanesville. He was born April 27, 1942, in Zanesville, a son of the late Jim and Sophia Sheck Brown. He retired as a supervisor for Caterpillar and was a member of New Hope Full Gospel Church. Martin loved to farm, riding his tractor and enjoyed watching his cows but he especially loved his family.

Surviving are his loving wife, Shelby Hayes Sheck; children, Mark (Debbie) Sheck, Melissa Sheck, Michael Sheck, Darryl (Debbie Sass) Howard, Harry (Joni) Howard, Steven (Becky) Howard and Christina (Ron) Wisecarver; many grand and great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, He was preceded in death by a grandson, Garrett Howard and a sister, Theresa Brown-Bonifant.

Graveside services will held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, January 6, 2022 at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, Zanesville with Rev. Joe DiVincenzo officiating.
