Mary (Khoury) Coury

Mary Coury, 79, of Dublin, formerly of Zanesville, died at 8:54 A.M. on Thursday, January 21, 2016, at her home. She was born July 18, 1936, in Damascus, Syria, a daughter of the late George and Josephine Sheheen Khoury. She was a member of St. James Episcopal Church. She is survived by two daughters, Tasia (Rick) Sicker of Dublin and Tina (Graham) Pelle of Dublin; four grandchildren, Coury, Kelsey, Tyler and Maddie; two brothers and three sisters in Syria; and a sister-in-law Louise (Joseph) Coury McElhaney of Zanesville. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Frederick Coury; a sister Roseen Nashas mother-in-law Tasia Coury; father-in-law Anton Coury; brothers-in-law Edward and Herbert Coury; and sister-in-law Emilene Morrison. Friends and family may call from 11:00 A.M. until the funeral service at 1:00 P.M. on Sunday, January 24, 2016, at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE, with Father Robert E. Willmann officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband Frederick at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
