Mary A. Creech

Mary A. Creech, 71, of Zanesville, died at 7:05 p.m. Wednesday, May 3, 2006 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born January 24, 1935, a daughter of the late Godfrey and Opal Cunningham Carpenter. She was a homemaker. Surviving are a daughter, Nancy J. Reese of Zanesville, a son, Kenny J. ( Janice) Mulcare of Woodsfield, five grandchildren, Bobby , Joshua, Bradley, Deletha and Danielle, a sister, Dorothy M. Basher of Zanesville, a brother, Donald R. Carpenter of Newark, a sister-in-law, Evelyn Carpenter of Kemptner, TX, and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Creech, who died March 27, 1999 and a brother, John Carpenter. No calling hours will be observed. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 6, 2006 at Fairmont Cemetery, Amsterdam with Rev. Dean Cole officiating.
