Mary Louise (Worthington) Fuller, 83, died peacefully at her home on October 30, 2009. Born July 28, 1926 in Fairmont, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Charles C. and Cedar V. (Grosscup) Worthington. Mary Lou graduated from Washington Irving High School in Clarksburg, West Virginia in 1944 and from the Muskingum Area Joint Vocational School, licensed practical nurse program, in 1972. As an LPN, she worked for the Mark Rest Center, in McConnelsville, Ohio, and for Sunnyview Nursing Home and Willow Haven Care Center, both in Zanesville, Ohio. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church. Mary Lou was preceded in death by her husband, the late Richard George Fuller, who died in 2003 and whom she married on July 17, 1954; her parents; and her brother, Joseph S. Worthington, who died in 1997. She is survived by her son, Keith (Cindy) Fuller, and three grandsons, Luke, Adam and Ethan Fuller, all of Tiffin, Ohio, and by a daughter, Lisa Fuller, and a granddaughter, Katie Maleckar, both of Arlington, Virginia. No calling hours will be observed. Private memorial services will be held at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery with Chaplain Tim Patton officiating. Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville is entrusted with all arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, Ohio Valley Affiliate, PO Box 163549, Columbus, Ohio, 43216-3549.
