Mary Pollice, 91, of New Concord, formerly of Zanesville, died at 7:28 P.M. Monday, February 11, 2013 at Beckett House at New Concord. She was born August 20, 1921, in Pittsburgh, PA, a daughter of the late Peter and Philamena DiAmico Pollice. For many years, she worked as a cook for the University of Pittsburgh, she was a long time member of New Hope Church, and she was a member of St. Lorenzo Hall in Pittsburgh, PA. Surviving are a sister Evelyn DiVincenzo of Zanesville; a niece Rosemarie (Fred) Zediak of Greenwood, SC; two nephews, Rodger (Donna) DiVincenzo of Greensburg, PA, and Pastor Joseph (Ruth) DiVincenzo of Zanesville; eight great nieces and nephews, Lisa Corbett, Eric Zediak, Jennifer (Adam) King, Jason (Shannon) DiVincenzo, Joseph (Tiffany) DiVincenzo, Jonathan DiVincenzo, Steven (Chrissie) DiVincenzo, and Christine (Jose) Perez; and four great great nieces and nephews, Anthony Corbett, Nicholas Corbett, Luke DiVincenzo, and Isaac DiVincenzo. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Peter Pollice and Uncle Lefty; and three sisters, Connie, Martha, and Rose. Friends and family may call 2:00-4:00 & 6:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday, February 14, 2013, at the New Hope Full Gospel Church, 3560 East Pike, Zanesville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 A.M. Friday, February 15, 2013, at the St. Thomas Catholic Church, 144 N 5th St., Zanesville with Father Jordan Turano officiating. Mary will be laid to rest at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery. Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville was entrusted with all arrangements.
