Marylou Agin, 71, of Zanesville, died at 9:45 A.M. on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at her home. She was born February 26, 1949, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Raymond and Elizabeth (Schell) Sullivan. She graduated from Rosecrans High School in 1967, was a longtime realtor, and was well liked and known throughout the community. She was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church and the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. Marylou was also one of the original eight Candy Stripers at Good Samaritan Hospital.
She is survived by her husband, Kurt Agin, whom she married May 13, 1972; a son, Kory (Carey) Agin; two grandchildren, Colson and Kameron Agin; a brother, Danny Sullivan; two sisters-in-law, Geri Sullivan and Lisa Bunting; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, David Sullivan; and a brother-in-law, Philip Agin.
A cremation will take place with a Celebration of Life Service to be held at a later date. BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE is entrusted to all arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice in honor of Marylou.
