Michael Chubby A. Farley, 35, of Zanesville, died at 6:10 P.M. on Tuesday, November 7, 2017, at Cedar Hill Care Center, Zanesville. He was born February 3, 1982, in Columbus, a son of Michael Lewis and the late Deborah Farley. He is survived by his father; a son, Ashton Mitchell of Etna; five siblings, Manda (Chris) Labaki, Jamie Farley, Michelle Farley, Jennifer (Larry) Farley, and Jeremy Farley; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Donna Farley; and one uncle, Wayne Farley. A Cremation-With-Care has taken place with no services to be held.
