Michael A. Spellman

Michael A. Spellman, 39, of Zanesville, died at 10:10 P.M. on Monday, November 22, 2021 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Columbus. He was born November 1, 1982, a son of Sandra L. Snurr Nicholson and the late Kevin L. Spellman. He was a telecommunications technician for AEP and worked for Spectrum for 15 years. Michael is a proud American and loved his country. He enjoyed motorcycles, the Ohio State Buckeyes, Dallas Cowboys, video games and most importantly, he loved his family.

He is survived by his loving wife, Jessica R. Morrison Spellman, whom he married on October 8, 2016; four children, Dylan Hill, Mackenzie Spellman, Dalton Hill and Rylie Spellman; two brothers, Jerry (Lynn) Galigher Jr and  Josh Spellman; three sisters, Misty Orr, Michelle Yost and Emily Manley.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Minnie Mae Galigher, Louraine Spellman and Bob Spellman.

Friends and family may call from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Sunday, November 28, 2021 at North Terrace Church of Christ, 1420 Brandywine Blvd, Zanesville, OH 43701, where funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, November 29, 2021 with Don Harris officiating. Michael will be laid to rest at Frazeysburg Cemetery.
