Mildred C. Boetcher, 104, of Zanesville, died at 1:45 p.m. Friday, December 17, 2010 at the Cedar Hill Care Center. She was born June 7, 1906, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Harry and Mary Border. She graduated from St. Thomas High School Class of 1924 and was a member of the St. Nicholas Catholic Church. Surviving are a son, Joseph (Lauri) Boetcher of Las Vegas, NV; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a cousin, Betty Tilton of Zanesville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Boetcher; two sons, John and Jim Boetcher; and a brother-in-law, Edward Jerry Boetcher. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, 925 Main St., Zanesville with Father Martin J. Ralko as celebrant. She will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband, Arthur at Mt. Olive Cemetery, Zanesville.
