Mildred E. Levison, 96, of Zanesville, died at 12:25 p.m. Thursday, April 9, 2009 at Genesis Bethesda hospital. She was born August 25, 1912, in Zanesville, the daughter of the late David and Ruby Uphold McIntire. Mildred was a merchant who owned and operated Senter's Clothing Store in Coshocton for 48 years and retired at the age of 90. Mildred attended Garfield Elementary, Grover Cleveland Jr. High and Lash High School. She was a lifetime member of the Soroptimist Club in Zanesville. Surviving are a son, Ed Levison of Zanesville; two daughters, Fritzie (Ian) Levison Urquhart of Carlsbad, California and Dorothy (Alan) Levison Silberman of Steubenville, Ohio; 6 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Levison, who died March 28, 1967; and a brother, Harley McIntire.
