Moneen Sue Morgan, 74, of Zanesville, died at 2:06 p.m. Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at Grant Medical Center emergency room. She was born April 21, 1934, in Portersville, Ohio, a daughter of the late Dunwood Bolner and Esther Crook Bishop. She retired after 13 years of service as a packer for Akro Corporation, was a member of the Crooksville Free Methodist Church, Zane Grey Antique Auto Club and the AACA Central Chapter Car Club. Surviving are three daughters, Nancy Morgan Davis of Newark, Dianna (Donald) McCoy and Alma (Timothy) Thompson, both of Zanesville; three sons, Charles R. (Susie) Morgan, Franklin (Tammy) Morgan and Clarence "Pete" (Kimberly) Morgan, all of Zanesville; 9 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; two step sisters; two step brothers and her loving, fury companion, CP. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles P. Morgan, whom she married January 29, 1955 and who died February 11, 2007 and two sons, Terry Lee Morgan and Daniel Morgan. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Friday, November 21, 2008 at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville. A caring cremation will take place with burial at Zion Cemetery, Portersville at a later date.
