Nancy A. Phillips, 76, of Zanesville, died at 8:00 P.M. on Monday, December 10, 2012, at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born October 30, 1936, a daughter of the late Clifford Kingswood and Dorothy Faye Rehl Miller. She retired from Phillips Meat Processing and was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church. Surviving are three sons, Dale (Roxann) Phillips of Zanesville, Jimmie (Sue) Phillips of Zanesville, and Cotton (Katie) Phillips of Lakewood; six grandchildren, Casey (Robin) Phillips of Zanesville, Josie Phillips of Zanesville, Chase Phillips of Zanesville, Chance Phillips of Blacklick, Jack Phillips of Lakewood, and Emma Phillips of Lakewood; five great grandchildren, Caden and Madison Phillips, Bailey King, Isabella Daniels, and Aressana Millhon; two brothers, Vaughn Miller and Clifford (Barbara) Miller of Zanesville; and a brother-in-law James (Mary) Phillips of Adamsville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Herman "H" Dean Phillips who died August 16, 2008; and two brothers, Roy Miller and Leon Miller. A dignified cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, December 22, 2012 at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 128 South 7th Street, Zanesville, Ohio 43701.
