Nellie J. Pattison

Nellie Jane Craig Pattison,87, of Zanesville, died at 3:10 a.m. Thursday, May 14, 2009 at Genesis Hospice Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born January 9, 1922, in Jackson County, the daughter of the late John and Carrie Peoples Craig. She was a retired beautician. Surviving are her loving husband of 43 years, Joseph William Pattison Sr., whom she married June 5, 1965, of the home; two sons, Joseph W. (Connie) Pattison Jr. of Rock Hill, South Carolina and Carey (Delores) Pattison of Watauga, Texas; 3 grandchildren, Joseph William Pattison III, Shawna and Mark Pattison; 2 great grandchildren; and many loving nieces and nephews. No calling hours will be observed. A caring cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville is entrusted with all arrangements.
