Norma L. Baker, 82, of Zanesville, entered Heaven at 3:32 p.m. Sunday, December 14, 2008 at Genesis Good Samaritan C.C.U. She was born May 15, 1926, in Cambridge, the daughter of the late Cory and Ethel Bell Stage. She retired as a secretary for St. James Episcopal Church, was a foster grandmother for many years and was a member of Emmanuel Holiness Ministry. Surviving are two daughters, Judith (James) Harding of Zanesville and Jacqueline Anderson of Logan; two sons, William E. (Helen) Baker of Zanesville and Terry L. (Mary) Baker of New Concord; 21 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William C. Baker, who passed away in 1955 and a daughter, Connie S. Clipner, who passed away in 1987. Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville with the Rev. Jonas P. Hight and Rev. Terry D. Newman officiating. Burial will follow at Guernsey County Memory Gardens, 10171 East Pike Road, Cambridge.
