Patricia Ann Clayton

Patricia Ann “Pat” Clayton, 75, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, formerly of Zanesville, died at 12:45 A.M. Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Elmwood Assisted Living in New Bremen. She was born September 6, 1945 in Coshocton, a daughter of the late Francis and Hazel Tharp Miller.  She was a loving mother and grandmother whose main job in life was watching over them and her husband Pete. Where you saw Pat you always saw Pete, they were inseparable. Pat had worked for JC Penny’s and was a member of Coburn United Methodist Church.

Surviving are two daughters, Crystal (Neal) Stoner and Karen (Stephen) Baldwin; a son, Kevin (Erin) Clayton; eight grandchildren, Kyle (Andi Mireles) Stoner, Kody and Chad Stoner, Kourtney (Dakota) Wright, Zack (Faith Hennon) Clayton, Elizabeth, Emily and Erika Baldwin, brother, Francis “Butch” (Debbie) Miller and a brother-in-law, Robert Dougherty.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Harold “Pete” Clayton, whom she married, March 3, 1963 and who died June 18, 2021 and a sister, Mary Doughtery.

Friends and family may call from Noon until time of funeral at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, Zanesville, Pastor Iran Watson officiating. She will be laid to rest at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, Zanesville.
