Patricia A. (Patterson) Croston

Patricia A. "Pat" Croston, 66, of Zanesville, died Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at her home. She was born June 12, 1948, in Akron, a daughter of the late Clarence and Beulah Pauline Stewart Patterson. She had worked as a Surgery Tech at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital, and previously at Essex Wire. She volunteered at the Genesis Good Samaritan Reception Desk, was a member of Women of Worth, and attended the First Baptist Church in Marietta. Surviving are her husband Harvey D. Croston of the home; a half brother Donnie Pless of Cincinnati; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter Melinda Croston, who died October 12, 1997; and a sister Sheila Boardman. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, November 7, 2014, with calling two hours prior, at the Union Tabernacle Church, 2425 Hartford Ave, Zanesville, with Rev. Terry D. Newman officiating. She will be laid to rest at Duncan Falls Cemetery, Duncan Falls. Arrangements were entrusted to the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE.
