Patricia L. Riley

Patricia Lou Riley, 84, of Zanesville, died on Saturday, November 23, 2024, while in the care of The Oaks at Bethesda. She was born on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, 1940, in Newark, the daughter of the late Walter and Arlene (Willis) Sullivan. She had worked for State Farm, where she met the love of her life, her husband Donald, and had also worked at Park National Bank. She was a lifelong volunteer, donating much of her time and efforts to The Marjorie Holzschuher Sellers Dance Studio, The Zaney Follies, The Genesis Healthcare Foundation, and to Genesis Hospice-Morrison House.

She is survived by her son, Todd (Johanna) Riley; her daughter, Tracey (Jeffrey) Fortkamp; grandchildren Killian (Paula), Mackenzie, Riley, Jonah and Owen; and a nephew Brian (Anna) Miracle.

In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Donald Riley; and her sister Linda Miracle.

A Memorial Gathering will be held from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Friday, December 27, 2024, at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE, with burial to follow at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
