Paul E. Hayes Jr.

Paul E. Hayes Jr., 69, of Zanesville, died Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at his home. He was born June 29, 1952, in Long Island, NY, a son of the late Paul E. Hayes, Sr. and Anna Hayes Slayton. He retired from Sutherlands Lumber Company after forty-two years of service and attended North Terrace Church of Christ. He enjoyed watching the Cincinnati Bengals, Dodgers and Reds Baseball, and collecting coins.

He is survived by his wife of twenty-eight years, Tanya (Osborne) Hayes whom he married October 9, 1993; five children, Paul “Josh” Hayes, Madison A. Hayes, Alyssa L. Hayes, Tracey (David) Robinson, and Lisa (Daren) Foulks; four grandchildren, Tyler Robinson, Reis Robinson, Benjamin Weller, and Elizabeth Weller; and two brothers, George (Lora) Hayes and Russ (Lynn) Slayton.
