Perry "Frank" Swartz

Perry Franklin "Frank" Swartz, 68, of Zanesville, died at 9:45 P.M. on Sunday, July 22, 2018, at his home. He was born January 29, 1950, in Zanesville, a son of the late Frank Jacob and Maxine Hood Swartz. He was the owner/operator of Julio Custom Painting and Julio Garage. He is survived by his wife, Leanne Cartell Swartz whom he married October 7, 1978; a son, Shane (Niki) Swartz of Zanesville; a daughter, Amy Barnes of Zanesville; four grandchildren; three great-grandchild; two sisters, Darlene Williams, and Bonnie Staggers, all of Newark; a brother-in-law, Tom Simco of Newark; a loving Aunt Shiela Fleming of Zanesvile; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Diana Simco. A Cremation-With-Care will take place with no services to be held.
