Phillip R. (Bubba) Gee, age 53, of Zanesville, Ohio, died at 4:22 p.m. Tuesday, June 14, 2005 at Ross Heart Center - OSU Medical Center. He was born February 7, 1952 in Zanesville, Ohio, the son of Charles P. Gee and the late Phyllis Lanier. He was a truck driver for Hanby Farms. He was a member of the Appaloosa Horse Club. Surviving is his wife, Robin (Wigal) Gee of Zanesville, his father, Charles Gee of Zanesville, two daughters, Megan Gee of Zanesville and Randi Glass of Zanesville. Two step-daughters, Monica Clay of Newark and Tiffany Clay of Newark and one step-son, Brandon Clay of Newark. One sister, Debbie Williams and grandchildren, Laikin and Levi. Among special friends are Thomas C. (Kimberly) Welch of Marysville, Ohio and Laci, Taci, and Briar Welch, Tina Nelson and Randy, Chad and Mandi Beltcher, and Viola McDonald and family. He was preceded in death by his mother, Phyllis Lanier and his sister, Charlotte Dozer. Friends may call 2-4 p.m. Friday, June 17, 2005 at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, June 17, 2005 at the funeral home with Pastor Ron Smith officiating.
