R. Marlene Morgan

R. Marlene Morgan, 83, of Zanesville, died Friday, April 20, 2018, at her home. She was born June 27, 1934, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Walter and Leora Boyer Tumblin. She was a homemaker, a member of Coburn United Methodist Church, Valley View Club, and Timber Run Grange. She is survived by two nieces, Phyllis Morgan and Lisa & Jeff Baughman; a nephew, Steve and Robin Morgan; cousins, Sonnie and Bob Karr, Joe and Sandy Stitt, Jeff and Linda Stitt, Terry and Carol Boyer, Charles and Tracy Atwell, Mary Beth and Michael Thielen, Robert Boyer and Karen and Jim Best; a sister-in-law, Violet Holman; and a special aunt, Sue Boyer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene E. Morgan. Friends and family may call from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE where funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. on Thursday, April 26, 2018, with Rev. Doris Flynn officiating. She will be laid to rest at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, Zanesville.
