Raymond Cecil Binkley, Sr., 74, of Nashport, died at 4:55 P.M. Sunday, January 13, 2013, at Genesis Hospice-Morrison House. He was born July 19, 1938, in Zanesville, a son of the late Eugene and Lena Ralph Binkley. Raymond retired after 35 years of service at Grief Brothers in the Shipping Department. Surviving are his wife; Barbara Blake Binkley, whom he married on October 12, 1957; three daughters. Kimberly Dusney of Grove City, Deborah (Thurman) Swick of St. Louisville, and Brenda (Mike) Carsey of Zanesville; two sons, Raymond (Lori) Binkley Jr. of Nashport and David (Shelley) Binkley of Nashport; ten grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and a sister, Dorcas (Bud) Kirkpatrick of Nashport. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death six brothers, Virgil, Charles, Bob, Lorren, Benny and Jimmy; two sisters, Judy Binkley and Polly Knox; and a son-in-law David Dusney. Friends and family may call from 2:00-4:00 P.M. and 6:00-8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 16, 2013, at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville, where the funeral will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 17, 2013. Raymond will be laid to rest at Irville Cemetery.
