Raymond Dale Clever

Raymond Dale Clever, 67 of Nashport passed away Sunday December 13th at his home after a long battle with cancer. Son, Brother, Husband, Dad, Step Dad, Papaw and of course Dog Dad are just some of the many names Ray Dale Clever went by. He cherished all those roles and was loved dearly by all of those in his family.

Ray was a recently retired hard working man. He enjoyed working around the house but let’s not forget his desire to sit and watch a good TV show, enjoy a campfire, listen to rock music or gather at a good family cookout.

He was born May 20, 1953 to the late Dale Clever and surviving Doris (McDowell) Clever. Ray is survived by his siblings Nancy Clever, Jim (Debbie) Clever, Karen Clever, his daughters Lisa Clever, Amy (Chris) Caldwell, Lori Clever (Jeff Paynter), Nicole Clever, his significant other Loretta Clever, his step children Myka Todd, Chad (Dorie) Todd, Cody (Talyn) Todd, his grandson Raylan Caldwell, his step grandkids Taygan Todd, Landon Todd, Lucas Todd, Noah Todd, Brynlee Todd, Michael Todd and his dog Rex.

Per his wishes, cremation has been chosen and no services will be observed at this time.
