Regina E. Neff Donnelly, 84, of Zanesville. Loving and loved wife of George Thomas Tom Donnelly of Zanesville who proceeded her in 1986, passed away peacefully on March 4, 2017 after a stroke suffered on February 27th. She was born June 5, 1932 in Zanesville, daughter of the late Warren B. and Elizabeth Ziemba Neff. Jean, as she was known to her many friends and family worked as a computer key punch operator for G.E. in New Concord in the 60s and then worked 30 years on data entry, and as a field service representative for Hobart Appliances in Troy, OH where she leaves many good friends, including one of her dearest, Betty Baker who passed in November last year. Always creative and active, upon returning back to Zanesville, Jean enjoyed gardening, making floral arrangements, bowling and her annual September vacation to Myrtle Beach, N.C. She was loved and will be missed by her surviving brothers, David Patrick (Christie) Neff of Zanesville and Thomas Edward Neff of Norwich; her twelve nephews and seven nieces who she generously treated with her great gifts of humor and good times; and by her best friend and confidant since the age of 15, Betty Lawyer of Zanesville. No calling hours will be held, a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, March 9, 2017, at St. Thomas Catholic Church, 144 North Fifth Street, Zanesville, with Father Peter Fegan O.P. officiating. She will be laid to rest next to Tom at Greenwood Cemetery, Zanesville.
