Richard S. "Dick" Mansfield

Richard S. "Dick" Mansfield, 61, of Zanesville, died at 11:07 p.m., Saturday, February 18, 2012 at Genesis Good Samaritan emergency room. He was born July 23, 1950, in Zanesville, a son of the late Clarence J. and Betty L. Murphy Mansfield. He received his Food Service Certificate from Muskingum County Vocational School. He retired from the Food Service industry for Elby's and Holiday Inn and retired from the Mail Sorting Dept. for Starlight School. He was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church. Surviving are his wife, Kathleen Miner Mansfield of the home; three sisters, Deanna (Paul) Smith of Nashport, Barbara (Bill) Landkrohn of Zanesville and Christine (Mark) Lacroix of Tuscon, AZ; a brother, Geoffrey S. Manfield (fiancé Michelle) of Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. Friends and family may call from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville where Vigil services will be held at 7 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, February 23, 2012 at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, 925 Main St., Zanesville with Father Martin Ralko as celebrant.
