Richard A. Schmidt, 73, of Zanesville, died at 2:08 P.M. Friday, November 19, 2021 at Genesis Hospital Zanesville. He was born December 5, 1947, in Zanesville, a son of the late Elmer and Daisy Keller Schmidt. He was a welder and a U.S. Army Veteran.
