Robert Lewis Wickline, 68, of Zanesville, died at on Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at his home. He was born June 17, 1949, in Ironton, a son of the late Lewis and Esther Crowe Wickline. He was Veteran of the United States Army serving during the Vietnam War. Robert worked for the Morgan County Children Services as a Social Worker for over ten years and retired from AK Steel after thirty years of service. He was a member of St. Lukes Lutheran Church, VFW George Selsam Post 1058, a Life member of Amvets of Buckeye Lake, American Legion Post 29 and the NRA. Robert loved to fish, his guns, hunting, the Cleveland Browns, NASCAR, Ohio State and Cleveland Indians. He is survived by his wife, Regina L. Adolph Wickline, of the home, whom he married February 15, 2008; a son, Jonathan Wickline; a daughter, Jamie (Joe) Stemm; a step-son, Tyler Hill; seven grandchildren, Carter, Logan, and Parker Wickham, Ethan and Gage Hill, Haylie Stemm, and Carley; two brothers, Ed (Cathy) Wickline and James Wickline; two sisters, Rudy (Suzy) Greiner and Linda (Jim) Perone; a mother-in-law, Mary Adolph; two sisters-in-law TT Adolph and Heidi Apperson; and two brothers-in-law, Bill and Ray Adolph. A Cremation-With-Care has taken place. Full Military Services will be accorded to him at 4:00 P.M. on Monday, March 19, 2018 at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE, by the United States Army in conjunction with the VFW George Selsam Post 1058 and the American Legion Post 29.
